Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries of the face, mouth, dentition, jaws and neck; preparation for and placement of dental implants; removal of wisdom and diseased teeth; and, pathological and cosmetic problems. Our surgeons work closely with one another and with referring doctors to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery takes great pride in bringing our patients the latest in high-tech, comfort-oriented oral surgical care. Our oral surgeons are board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Continuing education is essential to stay up-to-date on new developments in the field. Our surgeons accomplish this through national meetings, seminars, lectures, special courses, panels and symposia. In addition, the surgeons at NWOMS recognize that educating patients of OMS procedures is a critical element is providing the highest quality care.
Doctors Dwyer, Repa, Hoffman, Liska, Parnell, Baldandran, and Midtling provide IV sedation within our state-of-the-art office setting. If so required, general anesthesia provided by an anesthesiologist is available within our facility as well. In addition, the doctors of NWOMS have hospital privileges at Memorial Hermann Hospital of The Woodlands.
The surgical staff is experienced and certified in oral and maxillofacial surgical assisting. All are certified by the American Association of OMS Anesthesia program and the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. The administrative staff is experienced and well-versed in dealing with health and insurance issues. All staff, surgical and administrative, are CPR certified.
