Refunds
- Overpayments will be refunded to the appropriate party and will be issued after all insurance processing is finalized.
- If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, you will receive a refund less the cost of care received.
- There will be a full refund issued for any services that were paid for, but not rendered.
