Front Desk Receptionist:

We are a large Oral Surgery group in search of a professional, energetic, and friendly individual to fill the role of Front Office Support at our Louetta Office location. We value teamwork, reliability, and a genuine commitment to patient care; we are looking for someone who shares these values. Our oral surgery practice specializes in a comprehensive range of services, including IV anesthesia administration, wisdom teeth extraction, dental implant placement, bone grafting, and oral pathology.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with patients about appointments, treatment, and out-of-pocket amounts due to insurance verifications
  • Cross-train for the general duties of a Patient Coordinator
  • Answer the phone and make appointments
  • File paperwork and upload patient information into EMR
  • Explain treatment plans to patients

Surgical Assistant:

We’re looking for a reliable, compassionate team player to join our oral surgery practice in The Woodlands, as well as at other locations across our group. At Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we specialize in a wide range of oral surgical procedures, including IV anesthesia, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, and oral pathology. We pride ourselves on delivering safe, effective care in a warm and welcoming environment.

As part of our surgical team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and prepping patients for treatment
  • Recording and updating medical and dental histories
  • Taking digital images
  • Preparing and sterilizing operatories for surgery
  • Assisting the oral surgeon during procedures
  • Monitoring patients’ vitals
  • Explaining procedures and providing pre- and post-op care instructions

We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who has passed or will pass the DAANCE certification within a set timeframe. In return, we offer health insurance, a 401k savings plan, PTO, paid holidays, and a uniform allowance.
