At Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we realize that the financial aspects of healthcare can be overwhelming. We do our best to help you understand your obligation.
Financial Policy
If applicable, please provide us with accurate medical and dental insurance information. Once we have a treatment plan, we will call your insurance company to obtain the maximum coverage for your procedure. A NWOMS insurance verifier will contact you with an estimate of the amount due at the time of surgery.
Before Surgery
A deposit of $50 to $150 is required to schedule the surgery. The deposit will be applied to patient services related to the surgery. Cancellation of a surgery with less than a 48 hour notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Following surgery
Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery will file a claim with your insurance company. Please note that if payment from your insurance company does not cover all charges, you will be responsible for any remaining amount. In addition, if your insurance company has not paid within 60 days of filing, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
If you do not have insurance coverage, payment will be due in full at the time of surgery. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Care Credit. Some restrictions apply to the use of Care Credit.
