Our team is here to schedule your visit as quickly as possible — especially in urgent situations. Office hours vary by location, so please contact your preferred office directly. To help us serve you efficiently, be sure to bring your referral, health history and insurance information to your first visit.
Appointments & Scheduling
Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery hours vary by location. Most offices are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 5pm, Wednesday 8am to noon, and Friday 8am to 2pm. Additionally, our Technology Forest and Conroe offices are open 8am to 5pm on Wednesdays. It is our goal to schedule you as quickly as possible, especially in an emergency situation.

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options.
Please assist us by providing the following:
- Your surgical referral form provided by your general dentist. (In some cases, your referral form may be emailed by your dentist.)
- Your health history
- A list of medications that you are presently taking
- Medical and dental insurance cards
- X-rays (if available)
- An adult to accompany a minor
