Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery hours vary by location. Most offices are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 5pm, Wednesday 8am – noon, and Friday 8am – 2pm. Additionally, our Technology Forest and Conroe offices are open 8am – 5pm on Wednesdays. It is our goal to schedule you as quickly as possible, especially in an emergency situation.

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options.
Please assist us by providing the following:
- Your surgical referral form provided by your general dentist. (In some cases, your referral form may be emailed by your dentist.)
- Your health history
- A list of medications that you are presently taking
- Medical and dental insurance cards
- X-rays (if available)
- An adult to accompany a minor
